Iraq Attack Kills 65, Wounds Nearly 100 More

The death toll continues to rise from an attack Tuesday in Tikrit, near Baghdad, in which gunmen and explosives killed or maimed numerous people and brought extreme suffering upon their families.

After eight years since the U.S. invasion and occupation of Iraq, the war continues for the men, women and children of Iraq. Our hearts and our prayers go out to them.
